RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your dream wear. We accept returns of full price items. If for any reason you would like to make a return for the purchase price of the goods, the return package must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered, all tags must remain attached. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in any way in its original/sellable condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

Sale items are Not Refundable

Gift Cards Are Non-Refundable 

Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable

Gift wrap charges are Not Refundable

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

If you used a discount code you will not be able to use it again if you return the item you purchased. Codes are one time use only 

Please contact returns@hey-goodlooking.com for return authorization. Returns will not be processed without a return authorization number.

All items are returned at customer's expense. We can provide a pre-paid mailing label at a cost of $9.95 to be deducted from the total return. Customers may ship items back using any trackable shipping service of their choice, if they decide not to use our label.

We are not able to do exchanges. However if you purchase the same item and color in a different size within 7 days of the return being initiated we will refund the cost of the $9.95 pre-paid label if it was used.

Gift Returns. If you wish to return your gift we are happy to issue a store credit .Please contact us with the order number the original purchasers name as well as yours .
